Solution Architect is a technical leader responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services, by translating business requirements into Azure-based designs, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver optimal cloud solutions across various Azure services; essentially acting as a key advisor on cloud strategy and implementation within an organization, leveraging their deep understanding of the Azure platform.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design : Analyze business needs and design comprehensive Azure solutions using appropriate services like compute, storage, networking, databases, and AI / ML, aligning with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Cloud Migration Strategy : Assess existing infrastructure and develop migration plans to move workloads to Azure, optimizing for cost and performance.
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance to development teams during implementation, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Cost Optimization : Analyze cloud usage and identify opportunities to optimize costs by utilizing appropriate pricing models and resource management strategies.
• Security Architecture : Design and implement robust security measures to protect data and applications within the Azure environment, adhering to compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, communicate technical concepts, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proof of Concepts (POCs) : Develop and present proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate the feasibility of Azure services for specific business use cases.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest Azure features and functionalities, identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions and improve performance.
