WE'RE HIRING – Onsite Staffing Manager / Coordinator

What you'll do :

Run the show on your shift — making sure every picker, packer, and forklift driver is in place and on pace.

Be the link between our client and our workforce , keeping production goals met and problems solved.

Own daily headcounts, reports, and safety checks like a boss.

Handle recruiting, onboarding, and coaching with confidence.

What you bring :

Experience in staffing, HR, or warehouse leadership.

Energy, hustle, and the ability to juggle 10 things without dropping the ball.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a huge plus.

Comfort in a warehouse environment where action never stops.
