Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Boston, MA is seeking multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide expert behavioral support for students throughout the academic school year. Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven analysis.
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques.
• Ensure pliance with ethical and professional standards in all service delivery.
