Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Boston, MA is seeking multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide expert behavioral support for students throughout the academic school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply your specialized skills in a dynamic educational environment focused on fostering student growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven analysis.
  • Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Ensure pliance with ethical and professional standards in all service delivery.

Qualifications :

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings preferred.
  • Strong munication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with conducting FBAs and developing effective BIPs.
