Schedule : Monday–Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Pay Rate : $17.00 / hr

Location : On-Site

Position Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Custodian is responsible for keeping our warehouse clean, safe, and operating smoothly. This role focuses primarily on cleaning and sanitizing the facility, with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor painting. This position also requires someone willing to complete company-provided training to become certified in operating Power Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning duties : sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom upkeep.

Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, docks, break rooms, restrooms, and office areas.

Handle light maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs, touching up paint, and small repairs.

Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and facility concerns promptly.

Restock cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.

Support Operations and Facilities with general upkeep tasks as needed.

Train to safely operate PIT equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) as required.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures.

Skills & Experience Requirements

1+ year of custodial / janitorial or warehouse cleaning experience preferred.

Basic knowledge of simple maintenance (painting, bulb changes, minor fixes).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willing to complete PIT equipment certification (company-provided).
