About the Role
Our client is a growing Digital Advertising firm looking for a motivated, personable, and trainable Sales Representative to help grow their presence in the local market. This is a unique opportunity to break into the fast-paced world of out-of-home (OOH) advertising with hands-on training and long-term growth potential.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Client in the Phoenix market and drive local sales growth.
- Build and manage your own pipeline through outreach, research, and in-person market awareness.
- Send proposals, follow up with prospects, and move deals forward through direct communication.
- Deliver high-touch client service with fast response times and clear communication.
- Learn the OOH advertising landscape and competitor presence to identify strong locations and opportunities.
- Spend limited time in the field weekly to scout inventory and prospect areas (mileage reimbursed).
- Train with senior sales reps and transition into a commission-based role after your first year.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of sales or client-facing experience (any industry).Tech-savvy and organized; comfortable using Excel and learning CRM tools (we use HubSpot).A strong communicator with a proactive, self-starting mindset.Likeable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in-office daily and in the field when needed.MUST have a car and reliable transportation.Team & Culture :
