ServiceNow Technical Architect (,, United States)

Are you a seasoned architect who thrives on solving complex problems and designing enterprise-scale platforms? We are modernizing the Federal Student Aid system with ServiceNow at the core. As a Technical Architect, you will define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for ServiceNow implementations that will serve millions of students and families across the nation. Note : U.S. citizenship is required for this role. Basic Qualifications : 7 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in ServiceNow architecture Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and CMDB Proficiency in Agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance BA / BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline Additional Qualifications : Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations Ability to mentor developers and analysts in ServiceNow best practices Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent communication and leadership skills U.S. Citizenship required Flexible work from home options available.
