Job Description

  • Responsible for planning, organizing and management of the powder coating department
  • Will handle quality, safety, scheduling and implementation of lean continuous improvements processes
  • Will handle inventory control and employee development
  • Will optimize production line efficiency by monitoring density, line speed, down time, quality and overall productivity
  • Will identify opportunities and set metrics for process improvements and cost savings
