Restaurant General Manager Requirements :
- Daily Operations for the front of the house with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
- Take responsibility for all daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, delegating tasks, supervising service, and strong floor presence
- Work closely with the team to ensure guests have extraordinary experiences
- Strong Leader – Needs to be able to uphold standards with the team and implement systems
- Cost control in all areas
- Problem Solver - Effectively leads the team, positively and proactive to handle challenges and solve issues that may arise
