Call Center Agent
This is a remote position. The Call Center Agent will be answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Duties and responsibilities include managing a whole lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations, identifying the needs of clients and finding solutions to them, and answering inbound calls, converting them to leads, and later to towing jobs. Working conditions include being remote, shift-based in a call center that works 24 / 7, and operating in the Pacific Time Zone.
Requirements include specific computer specifications, main internet speed requirements, power backup, and internet backup. Computer specifications include minimum Intel specs, minimum AMD specs, and Macintosh specs. Main internet speed requirements include jitter, latency, upload, and download speeds. Power backup requires a reliable power backup that could sustain a minimum of 8 hours, and internet backup requires secondary internet with specific jitter, latency, upload, and download speeds. Power and internet backup are a must.
