The RN will assume responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients using evidence-based practices. This role requires sound clinical judgment and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities : Deliver patient-centered care using age-specific criteria. Plan, direct, and teach support staff including LPNs / PCTs and Unit Secretaries. Support open-heart recovery patients and float to units within skill level as needed. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.
