Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter and Dependent Care Benefits Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring an elevated and memorable dining experience Work closely with servers to deliver food, answer guest questions, and maintain table standards Run food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and proper table placement Pre-bus tables, remove used tableware between courses, and reset tables promptly Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain seamless service flow Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ensuring service areas and dining spaces are neat and organized Assist with table setups, stocking service stations, and additional front-of-house tasks as needed Communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and service speed Follow all health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean work environment Guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest and server needs Must be able to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and lift t20 lbs. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Basic English proficiency required for guest interactions
