Our Menasha, WI facility is looking for candidates who want to be Electrician and / or Millwright apprentices. Apprentices within the skilled trade programs get to learn skills through hands-on and classroom experiences in their designated trade. These trades support the continuous operations of various manufacturing equipment including but not limited to printing presses, extruder / laminators and rewinders.

Apprentices will learn to manage daily maintenance activities, complete assigned work, lead by example to reinforce policy and procedures, drive root cause analysis activities, recommend improvements in production methods and preventative maintenance, and participate in continuous improvement team activities.

Responsibilities

• Upholds all ethical standards associated with safety, quality and food safety policies and procedures within the facility, including the TC Transcontinental Code of Conduct and Values.

Complies with all the standards that are followed in the TC Menasha plant, including, but not limited to - Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Continuous Improvement (CI) and any other processes established within the TC Menasha plant.
