Property Housekeeping
Schedule / Hours : Day Shift : 7 : 00 a.m. 3 : 00 p.m. scheduled 5 days a week or the Night Shift : 4 : 00 p.m. to 12 : 00 a.m. scheduled 5 days a week. Weekends included in scheduling.
This position is responsible for :
- Performs a variety of housekeeping duties for a social service shelter / lodge and administrative office; assist serving meals; cleans shelter and administrative offices; washes, and stores linens; ensures the neatness and cleanliness of the shelter / lodge and the administrative office on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities :
Cleans lodge / shelter dorm areas; collects, washes, folds, and stores linens, ensures inventory of all shelter linensCleans and sanitizes common areas of the shelter and administration office, including dining area, bathrooms, hallways, computer lab, dorms, laundry rooms, breakrooms, meeting rooms, and entry ways.Empties trash cans regularly, collects trash from grounds.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions :
Ability to meet attendance requirements.Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.Ability to exert the physical energy required to performing housekeeping work.Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, and climbing.Employee Benefits :
