Contract Senior HRBP

Location : Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (Onsite 1-2 days / week)

A biotech client in Cambridge, MA, is looking to bring on a Contract Senior HRBP for a 9-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working as an HRBP, ideally within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide HR solutions support and consultation to leadership and their teams
• Serve as a point of contact for managers on performance management, learning & development needs, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
• Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees
• Manage employee relations issues in compliance with both company policies and state & federal employment law
• Partner with management to build morale and increase employee engagement
