Sales, Martech & Marketing Operations Consultant

We're looking for a strategic and growth-oriented senior executive to lead the intersection of Sales, Martech, and Marketing Operations - enabling smarter go-to-market execution, unified customer engagement, and measurable revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who thrives at the crossroads of business, technology, and marketing - someone who can translate commercial vision into scalable execution across Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the global Sales, Martech & Marketing Operations strategy , aligning sales, marketing, and customer success under a unified growth framework.
Lead Revenue Operations (RevOps) integration to ensure seamless alignment of GTM strategy, pipeline health, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Oversee CRM, CDP, and campaign governance to create a unified view of the customer journey and enable predictive, data-driven decisioning.
Drive sales enablement, lead management, and automation initiatives that improve conversion rates, campaign ROI, and forecasting accuracy.
Build and scale cross-functional teams spanning Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Martech Program Management.
Own Martech & Salestech vendor ecosystems , budget planning, and compliance with governance and privacy standards.
Partner with executive leadership to evolve KPIs, attribution models, and analytics frameworks linking marketing and sales outcomes to enterprise growth.
Champion operational excellence -standardizing processes, ensuring campaign scalability, and driving measurable business impact.
Qualifications
12 15 years of progressive leadership in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Martech Strategy within enterprise B2C / B2B2C or consulting environments.
Proven success in revenue transformation, GTM alignment, and marketing automation across Salesforce, Adobe, and HubSpot platforms.
Strong understanding of CDPs, pipeline analytics, attribution modeling, and performance dashboards .
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, executive communication, and team leadership across matrixed organizations.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar Martech portfolios, vendor contracts, and roadmap prioritization.
MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
