Concrete Mixer Operator

Key Responsibilities :

Operate and maintain concrete mixing equipment and machinery.

Measure and mix raw materials, including cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures according to specified recipes and proportions.

Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.

Assist in the setup and dismantling of molds and forms for casting concrete products.

Monitor the curing process and optimize conditions for concrete setting.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or production-related issues promptly.

Document production processes and maintain accurate records of daily activities.

Qualifications :

Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.

Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Working Conditions :

This position requires working in an industrial environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.

May require overtime or weekend work during peak production periods.
