Dispatcher / Outbound Caller
Folkes Home Services is a leading provider of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services, known for exceptional workmanship and a commitment to customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Dispatcher / Outbound Caller to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Shift : Monday-Friday 7 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM
Responsibilities
- Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate plumbing and electrical service calls
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Answer inbound customer inquiries and place outbound calls to schedule maintenance, service, and follow-up appointments
- Deliver outstanding customer service with clear communication and professionalism
- Assist with administrative tasks to support daily operations
