Job description

We are hiring LPN

LPNs in long-term care (LTC) settings provide hands-on nursing care, medication administration, and emotional support to residents, often serving as the key link between patients, families, and the broader healthcare team.

Weekly Package :

Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $1,045.80

Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable)$1,080.00

Weekly Gross $2,125.80

Role / Class : LPN T-LPN
Contract Duration : 13 weeks (October 22, 2025 – January 13, 2026)
Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week
Shift : 2nd Shift
Schedule : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM

Duties :

administer medications and monitor for side effects

check and record vital signs

provide wound care and change dressings

assist residents with daily activities like bathing and eating

document care and observations accurately

support residents emotionally and socially

communicate with families about resident status

follow care plans developed by RNs or physicians

collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and other staff

follow hygiene and infection control protocols

perform tasks like catheter care or tube feedings when required

observe and report cognitive or behavioral changes

assist with hospice or palliative care when applicable
