Job Title : Senior Accountant

Location : On Site in West Akron, OH

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities :

Own the monthly close and ensure accurate financials

Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts that guide strategic decisions

Support audits and keep us GAAP-compliant

Collaborate with teams to make finance clear and accessible

Improve processes, mentor junior staff, and elevate our financial systems

Preferred Qualifications :

5+ years of accounting experience

Proficiency with accounting tools

• Attention to detail, problem-solving chops, and a team-first attitude
