As an Associate Manager, Global Media Connections & Capabilities, you will play a hands-on role in developing and scaling the frameworks, playbooks, and tools that help PepsiCo markets deliver end-to-end connections and personalization @ scale across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.

You'll support our teams in bringing our capability strategy to life from building toolkits and training materials to coordinating pilots, tracking adoption, and consolidating proof points that demonstrate the value of end-to-end connections and personalization globally.

Responsibilities

Capability Development & Delivery

• Support the creation and refinement of global playbooks, standards, and templates covering areas such as Audience Targeting, Creative Personalization, Discoverability, First-Party Data, and Consumer Engagement programs.
• Translate complex strategies into practical, practitioner-friendly guidance and tools.
• Help maintain a library of up-to-date frameworks and ensure they are accessible and actionable for markets.
• Support evolving workstreams and priorities as directed by leadership in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
