Senior Project Manager - Contract Position

I am partnering with a global construction company looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale, complex projects from start to finish. In this leadership role, you’ll provide strategic direction, manage executive-level client relationships, and oversee a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and support staff.

The Senior PM will play a key role in ensuring project success while also driving business development, financial performance, and team growth.

Serve as the primary point of contact for major projects and programs, building and maintaining strong client partnerships.

Lead multiple, complex projects, delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• manage contractors, procurement, risk, quality, safety, and execution.
• oversee project closeout, ensuring full compliance and client satisfaction.

Drive project financials, including forecasting, reporting, and profitability.

Mentor and guide Project Managers, APMs, and support staff, fostering collaboration and excellence.

Report project performance insights directly to the Office Manager and leadership team.

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree or certifications such as PMP, CCM, LEED preferred).

~10+ years’ experience managing diverse building types and large-scale construction projects across all phases.

~ Proven track record leading multi-million-dollar projects and managing multiple teams.

~ Business-savvy with expertise in financial management, contracts, and strategic planning.

~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools.
