Medicare Sales Trainer
Location : Columbia, SC 29223 (Fully Onsite)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Medicare Trainer supporting their expanding Medicare business in South Carolina. This role is pivotal in training and empowering agents, leading educational seminars, and driving Medicare sales growth through strategic support and marketing collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive Medicare training sessions for new and existing agents.
Host and present Medicare seminars, including sessions for individuals aging into Medicare.
Offer hands-on support to agents during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
Partner with marketing representatives to encourage agent engagement and production.
Build strong relationships with agents, understanding their challenges and providing solutions.
Strategically grow the company's Medicare block in South Carolina, identifying new opportunities and underserved areas.
