Key Responsibilities :

• Act as second-in-command to the Site Manager; run the site in their absence.
• Assist with daily deposits and banking duties.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain consistency in operations and performance when the Site Manager is off-site.
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Earn commission on personally sold club plans.
