As the Senior Manager of our centralized Program Management Office (PMO) at PTI Technologies, you will lead a talented cross-functional team, ensuring that strategic aerospace projects meet our high-performance standards. You will oversee a comprehensive project portfolio, providing direction on planning, governance, and management processes while adhering to best practices. This role requires a proactive approach to change management and continuous improvement, making you the linchpin between executive leadership, customers, and engineering disciplines. Your responsibilities include developing dashboard controls to measure project performance, managing phase gate compliance, and coordinating efforts to optimize resource allocation across projects.

You will foster collaboration with Sales & Marketing to define project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction while balancing internal objectives. Your leadership will drive project execution on schedule and within budget, all while maintaining the esteemed quality standards PTI is known for.

To excel as a Senior Manager in our Program Management Office at PTI Technologies, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 7 to 10 years of combined engineering and program management experience in product development and manufacturing. A PMP certification is essential, along with high proficiency in Microsoft Project and Online, including Power BI for dashboards. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. They will be systematic thinkers who creatively adapt to changing conditions and address customer needs.

Familiarity with ERP implementations, project management tools, and techniques, as well as a solid understanding of engineering development processes, is critical. The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high morale and effective teamwork is imperative. Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to navigate complex project dynamics will ensure success in this role.
