Responsibilities :

• Manage complex billing, coding, insurance inquiries, and appeals.
• Coordinate with payers, care coordinators, and clients.
• Resolve denied or underpaid claims.
• Assess patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Reverify benefits and document activities
• Research payer medical policy and update requirements.
• Work from daily assigned reports to meet goals.
• Comply with quality monitoring and assurance tasks
• Take inbound / outbound patient calls to provide accurate, satisfactory responses to inquiries and support access to services while maintaining confidentiality.
• Review and process documentation for patient support program eligibility.
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned
