Practice Overview details :

  • Outpatient-only setting with multiple clinic options
  • Flexible scheduling & location preferences available - opportunity to incorporate urgent care shifts if desired or 4-day work week
  • Average daily volume : 22 patients
  • Epic EMR system
  • Strong clinical support : APPs, CMAs / LPNs, and dedicated nursing staff
  • Optional in-office procedures based on physician interest
  • Internal referral network to system specialists
  • Minimal call responsibilities of up to 1 : 18 call with an answering service

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive income potential of $300K+
  • Annual quality bonus (8% of base) + wRVU productivity incentives to maximize earning potential
