FP&A Manager

A company is looking for an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of financial plans, including annual and 5-year budgets

Manage variance reporting and financial models, including scenario analysis

Collaborate across departments to manage project financial results and support financial transactions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a managerial role

Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting

Experience with KPIs and financial reporting

Ability to manage and mentor direct reports
