The Lobby Concierge will greet employees, visitors, vendors, and represent the company brand to all those who pass through the main lobby of the building. The successful candidate must possess a professional demeanor, the ability to balance a myriad of daily tasks, and display superior communication abilities. Employment Type : Part Time

Starting Base Pay : $14.00 per hour

Workdays Available : Friday, Saturday, Monday, Thursday

Shifts Available : 2 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 PM

Must Be 21+ Years of Age for Role

Client Requires Proof of HS Diploma / GED

Must Have Great Customer Service Skills

Must Be Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to campus
• Effectively utilize the Visitor Management System (VMS) to ensure a smooth check-in process
• Provides excellent customer service, actively engage with each individual
