As a Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrols in San Jose, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service through positive communication and support. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for safely operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
