Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client relationships with Pharmaceutical manufacturer customers, ensuring excellent customer service
Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce program ROI and provide insights for clients
Collaborate with internal teams and manage the implementation process to meet client expectations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management
Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC)
Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition
Deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana
