Required Qualifications

2-5 years in consulting, product, business analysis, or healthcare operations

Experience with prompt engineering and AI-powered workflows

Strong analytical skills for translating complex requirements

Comfort with change management in provider-facing or staff-facing roles

Experience in healthcare operations preferred
