Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler I , where you will play a crucial role in assembling high-pressure oxygen cylinders in a large-scale manufacturing environment. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of work and upholding our high-quality standards in both standard and non-standard environments. What You Will Do :

• Precision Assembly : Utilize hand tools such as torque wrenches, crowfoot wrenches, and allen wrenches for daily assembly tasks.
• Measurement & Inspection : Employ measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and standard rulers, to ensure products meet specifications.
• Blueprints & Instructions : Follow blueprints and operation sheets for standard work instructions in assembling products.
• Equipment Adjustment : Adjust equipment based on test results and a thorough understanding of processes and machinery.
• Testing & Recording : Conduct tests for oxygen purity and moisture content at various stages of the process, recording gauge readings and test results.
• Compliance & Safety : Adhere to PPE and cleanroom standards to prevent foreign objects and debris from contaminating products.
• Quality & Safety Standards : Perform all tasks in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in a standing position for up to 10 hours per day.
• Other Duties : Perform additional job duties as assigned.
