Dentist Opportunity in Beautiful East Texas!

Family Circle of Care is looking to expand, and we are seeking a dentist to see adults and children.

About the practice :

We are searching for a Dentist. Family Circle of Care is a Federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Tyler, TX with satellite offices in Jacksonville and Athens, TX.

Highlights :

  • Bonus structure includes up to 5% of salary for productivity and up to 5% of salary for quality measures.
  • 403B retirement program with up to 5% match
  • Employed position so do not have the headaches of running a private practice.
  • Making a difference - as an FQHC, we see Medicaid, uninsured with a sliding scale based on income, as well as privately insured patients.
  • FQHC employees are eligible to apply for loan repayment programs through the National Healthcare service corp.
  • Family Circle of Care received the Gold Quality award in 2022, which places us in the top 10% of community health centers nationwide for quality measures. We also received recognition for improving patient access and reducing health disparities. We are a Patient Centered Medical Home.

  • Tyler is a beautiful city with a growing economy and lots of job prospects. It's a great place to raise a family or be an individual.
  • We are very excited about the new UT medical school starting Summer 2023 and the impact it's already having on the community.
  • Tyler is famous for its Rose Garden, Azalea Trails and Rose Festival. It's a great place to be outdoors with several lakes and parks, outdoor trails and the Piney Woods of East Texas.
  • Top job areas are medical, education, industrial.
  • It's not a "college town" but there are wonderful colleges and universities here - including University of Texas at Tyler, Tyler Junior College, Texas College in Tyler. East Texas also includes Jarvis Christian College, Kilgore College, LeTourneau University, and Trinity Valley Community College.
  • Tyler is a diverse community with about 105K people in town. Greater East Texas has a population of about 1.6 million. Tyler has an active community and social scene. It's nice to be able to access "the big city" amenities (Dallas) with about a 100-mile drive without having to deal with the big city headaches on a daily basis.
