Objectives Of This Role

• Lead GUNTHERS accounting operations by overseeing financial statements preparation, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Manage and direct other accounting staff while ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
• Strengthen financial controls and reporting accuracy through comprehensive review of ledger entries and reconciliations
• Optimize accounting processes by coordinating accounting activities, software, and processes and identifying areas for operational improvement
• Exercise leadership in financial reporting integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with national and local financial requirements
• Support upper management with strategic financial analysis and reporting
