As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help deter potential threats and / or unauthorized activities.Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance to visitors and staff.Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activities according to company and client procedures.Communicate with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding security-related matters as needed.Assist in access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site-specific guidelines.What We're Looking For :
