Job descriptionLead field operations on complex MEP / data center builds Maintain up-to-date construction documents and reports Validate subcontractor layouts, line / grade, and schedule milestones Monitor job progress and drive project efficiency from precon through closeout Administer quality management and first installation inspections Document deficiencies and ensure timely resolution Enforce site safety policies and procedures; conduct pre-task planning Manage and track permits, inspections, and compliance reporting Mentor field engineers and project staff Serve as the client-facing lead on jobsite performance, schedule, and updates Participate in internal and external progress meetings 8+ years of experience on mission-critical, data center, or MEP-heavy construction Background in large-scale commercial or technical builds Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred Proven experience overseeing subcontractors, safety, and QA / QC programs Comfortable in a fast-paced, schedule-driven project environment Local candidates preferred, but relocation support is available Base Salary : $150,000 – $220,000 (depending on experience) Bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with match Travel or vehicle allowance Paid time off and company holidays Opportunities for advancement in a rapidly growing sector
