As a Security Professional - Residential Patrol Team in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling residential locations to help create a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. By upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach, you will help maintain a welcoming atmosphere while responding to security-related needs and incidents as they arise.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed according to site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor entrances, common areas, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted behavior and report any suspicious activity.
  • Document and report all incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.
  • Support emergency response activities on the property as required and assist with evacuations or first aid situations, when appropriate.
  • Maintain visibility throughout the location to help to deter potential incidents and provide reassurance to residents and staff.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
