ITAM Desktop Technician

Technical Skills:

·Preparing andmaintaining a current PC image for all PENA IT related equipment

·Prepares all related ITequipment with a base image as required

·Trouble shoots imageissues and problems

·Follows ISM/IT policyregarding legal review and legal holds of equipment

·Responsible for DOD wipeof all data storing IT assets

·Using ITAM equipment todestroy IT storage equipment. IE: HD crusher. Incl udes record keeping.

·Delegated tasks torecord terminated employee’s equipment in SDP, resolving all tasks involved

·Reports termedemployee’s equipment that is not returned to IT in accordance with PENA policy.

·Manages IT hardwarewarranty program
