Job Description
The Change and Training Manager manages the strategy and delivery of change management, communications, and training for Moody's global operational effectiveness program. Experience in the financial services sector is required. The role involves communication and training to convey the benefits of change, create awareness, and address concerns or resistance using the ADKAR model. Project coordination experience, including the use of JIRA, is a plus. The ability to develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan with clear objectives, timelines, and metrics for success is essential. Process experience is beneficial for streamlining changes and ensuring smooth implementation. Strong analytical skills are necessary to analyze data and feedback, making informed decisions and adjustments during the change process. Proficiency in MS tools, including PowerPoint, is required.
