• Greet and assist prospective residents with enthusiasm
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features
• Process applications and lease agreements
• Maintain resident records and respond to inquiries
• Support marketing and outreach efforts

Qualifications :

Previous leasing experience required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to work weekends as needed

Property Management Software experience (Yardi, Bluemoon, Onesite)
