Director of Learning Programs

A company is looking for a Director of Learning Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design breadth membership programs to upskill technical and productivity workers

Create technical requirements and designs for member-facing experiences throughout the membership lifecycle

Manage program stewardship, including defining success metrics and community engagement

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 7+ years of experience

Experience creating frameworks and articulating organization-wide strategies

Familiarity with the rapidly changing AI landscape for knowledge workers and developers

Experience in defining product strategy and aligning cross-functional teams

Experience in defining success metrics and measuring impact
