What You'll Do : Provide customer service in a retail and mall environment by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail or mall location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to Allied Universal and / or site management. Assist customers, visitors, and / or employees with directions and general inquiries as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences. Work in varying environmental conditions and adapt to different retail and mall settings as required by the site.

Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
