Purpose :

To provide maintenance, repairs and service to all building and / or production equipment and assist in providing customer service requests to all onsite personnel. Assist in all improvements onsite.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure all equipment is maintained according to manufacturer’s instructions and on schedule.
• Filling out all needed documentation of maintenance performed.
• Inspect equipment and systems to ensure proper function.
• Ensure all equipment is operating properly or provide the needed repairs to return equipment to proper operations.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or situations.
• Ensure all service tickets and requests from onsite personnel are attended to in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all local and federal safety regulations, standards, and company policy.
• Assist where needed in making improvements to any and all spaces onsite.
