Location : Stanton, TX

Pay : $25$35+ / hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)

Schedule : 14 Days On 7 Days Off Rotation

The Job : As a Night Shift Lease Operator, you'll be the boots on the ground ensuring safe, efficient operations across our water infrastructure sites. Key responsibilities include :

• Maintain large pipeline network with multiple facilities
• Monitor pressures, rates, and level on SCADA
• Inspect piping, fittings, and equipment for issues
• Ensure a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work environment
• Complete tasks safely, correctly, and on time
• Support process improvements and team goals
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Complete required training and certifications
• Perform other duties as assigned
