In this entry level role, you will serve as a crucial touchpoint in the customer’s purchase journey, ensuring a seamless, educational, and joyful experience that reflects Subaru's core values of love, safety, and connection.

You’ll contact customers after their new vehicle purchase to gather purchase experience feedback and guide customers through every feature of their new vehicle, answer questions, set up technology, and ensure they feel confident and excited about their new vehicle. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable moments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow up with customers via calls, emails and texts post-delivery to gather purchase experience feedback, answer questions and schedule a features and technology redelivery appointment.Redeliver new Subaru vehicles to customers in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
• Provide thorough product walkthroughs, including safety, technology, and performance features.
• Assist customers in pairing smartphones, setting up MySubaru, navigation, EyeSight, and other technology systems.
• Accurately maintain appointment calendars and schedules.
• Ensure all documentation is properly completed after each redelivery.
• Collaborate with Sales Consultants and Managers to mitigate and resolve customer satisfaction concerns.
• Maintain showroom and delivery areas to uphold a clean, welcoming environment.
• Serve as a Subaru brand ambassador, upholding Subaru’s “Love Promise” and community-focused mission.
• Stay current on Subaru product updates, safety features, and customer engagement strategies.
