Job descriptionIdentify and ensure compliance with Legal and Global Occupational Safety and Health standards for hazardous workplace conditions. Oversee daily EHS activities hazardous, biological, and special process safety activities, maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders, and conduct Improvement programs. POC Support, Investigate safety, health and organizational environment incidents, develop and disseminate EHS communications with NPI stakeholders. Participate in Internal and External EHS Audits and inspections, follow-up procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of EHS performance plans. Manage moderately projects, develop short-term work plans, and apply skills to contribute effectively within the Work Team. Integrate EHS into daily management, identify improvement opportunities, collaborate with local safety champions, and assist in evaluating new sites, projects, and equipment. Audit site systems and processes, implement EHS cultural improvement activities, and review, identify, develop, and deliver EHS-related training programs. Manage and maintain digital EHS platforms for the area.
