Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

We’re looking for a Sr. Producer, Creative Ops to lead the executional backbone of Quince’s multi-faceted creative work. You’ll oversee production and project management across all creative initiatives, ensuring process, timelines, and budgets run smoothly while supporting a high standard of creative output. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, know how to scale systems without over-engineering them, and bring a calm, proactive energy to moving parts and production pipelines. Success in this role means enabling our creative team to do their best work—on time, on budget, and always on brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead cross-functional creative production within Quince’s creative org

Develop and refine scalable workflows that streamline planning, execution, and delivery

Create systems and tools that drive clarity and accountability around project timelines and resourcing

Manage production budgets and vendor contracts; optimize for cost-efficiency without sacrificing quality

Identify and solve process bottlenecks across development and creative execution

Ensure proper coordination between creative, marketing, merchandising, and external partners

Own the creation and maintenance of creative operations tools, calendars, trackers, and documentation

Serve as a key point of contact for leadership on production status, planning, and risks

Bring structure and support to a fast-moving creative team while championing our brand’s creative ambitions

REQUIREMENTS :

8+ years of experience in creative production, operations, or project management roles

Expertise in retail campaigns, especially across apparel, home, and lifestyle categories

Strong background in both photo and video production (pre-pro to post)

Proven track record managing budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations

Experience with project management tools

Ability to think strategically and operationally—zooming out and diving in as needed

Clear communicator and calm collaborator under pressure

Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting multiple workstreams at once

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range

$168,000 - $198,000 USD
