LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified General Surgery MD in New Hampshire!

About The Position

We are seeking a board-certified General Surgeon for a locum tenens assignment in New Hampshire. This opportunity begins on Jan 12, 2026, for a 60-day engagement, offering a schedule of Monday through Sunday clinic hours from 8am to 5pm, with on-call coverage from 5pm to 8am. This position is ideal for professionals looking to provide essential surgical care in a dynamic environment while enjoying the flexibility of a locum role.

  • Schedule : Monday through Sunday, clinic 8am-5pm, on call 5pm-8am

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide general surgical care in both clinic and emergency department settings
  • Conduct patient evaluations and perform necessary surgical procedures
  • Deliver post-operative patient management and follow-up
  • Participate in on-call duties as scheduled
  • Document all patient encounters accurately and promptly
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

  • Board certification in Surgery required
