Monday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Tuesday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Wednesday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Thursday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Friday : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

What You'll Do

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and granting entry as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Maintain detailed records of daily activities and / or incidents, following prescribed protocols.

Support emergency response activities when appropriate, in accordance with site-specific guidelines.

Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and staff to address questions and / or concerns related to security-related matters at the location.

Minimum Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.

A Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
