Inventory Control Specialist

Join our team as an Inventory Control Specialist and play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our store's inventory systems. In this position, you'll ensure that our sales floor is consistently stocked with merchandise, providing a great shopping experience for our customers while supporting our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promote a service-oriented culture that focuses on building lasting relationships with customers.
• Accurately process all incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Confirm that all merchandise deliveries meet company compliance standards.
• Prepare items for the sales floor, ensuring adherence to company ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Apply EAS tags to products before they are placed on the sales floor, following Loss Prevention protocols.
• Input freight information into the relevant systems with precision and timeliness.
• Execute all RTVs, orders, transfers, and markdowns in accordance with company policies.
• Train and support the sales team on inventory control procedures that enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve productivity goals through effective management of units per hour (UPH).
• Keep the stock room organized and compliant with company and state regulations.
• Follow all local, federal, and state laws, along with company policies and procedures.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications, demonstrating teamwork and quality in attendance and appearance.
